1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access betting, gaming, and financial features on cv6yy, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a secure password. The following rules govern account creation and maintenance.

  • 3.1Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Any second account discovered will be permanently closed and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation into whether fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion has occurred.

Registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform — cv6yy may at any time modify the services available, restrict access, or discontinue operation of the platform in whole or in part.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on cv6yy are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern the processing of financial transactions on the platform.

  • 4.1Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and designated Bangladesh bank accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time. cv6yy does not charge a fee on standard deposits, but your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
  • 4.2Deposits must only be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — to fund your cv6yy account is prohibited. Any deposit traced to a third-party account may be voided and the associated funds held pending investigation.
  • 4.3Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, in compliance with standard anti-money laundering procedures. Processing times vary by method but are typically completed within one to five business hours for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals.
  • 4.4cv6yy reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to: proof of identity, proof of address within Bangladesh, and confirmation of the ownership of the payment method being used. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the completion of any outstanding KYC review.
  • 4.5cv6yy does not accept deposits made from credit cards or from any payment method that is not registered in the player's own name. Any funds deposited via an unacceptable method may be returned to the originating account without crediting the player's cv6yy balance, and the player's account may be subject to additional review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cv6yy may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of issuance.

  • 5.1All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the specific offer terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn.
  • 5.2Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Players may not sell, transfer, or exchange bonus credits with any other player or third party. Evidence of bonus trading or collusion between accounts to meet wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and potential account suspension.
  • 5.3cv6yy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. 6. Gameplay and Fair Use

The following rules apply to all gameplay activity on the cv6yy platform, including sports betting, live casino tables, video slots, and crash games.

No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be paid in connection with technical malfunctions.
  • 6.4Sports betting markets are subject to rules specific to each sport and competition. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result dispute, the outcome of affected bets will be determined in accordance with the sports betting rules published in the relevant section of the platform at the time the bet was placed.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in individual game titles remain with their respective studios and are subject to the studios' own licensing terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv6yy's liability to any player is limited as set out in the following clauses.

  • 9.2cv6yy makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or free from the effects of third-party cyberattacks. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
  • 9.3Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cv6yy's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by cv6yy's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Account Termination

Both cv6yy and the player may terminate an account in accordance with the following terms.

  • 10.1A player may close their account at any time by contacting cv6yy support. Any withdrawable balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following account closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
  • 10.2cv6yy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it determines that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; the player's account shows signs of money laundering or other financial crime; or continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to cv6yy.
  • 10.3Upon termination of an account for cause, cv6yy may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or a material breach of these Terms is established, cv6yy reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any deposits, winnings, and bonus funds, and to pursue any legal remedies available.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cv6yy operates. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration forums designated by cv6yy for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the platform.

In the event of a dispute between a player and cv6yy, players are encouraged to contact support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. cv6yy will use reasonable efforts to respond to all formal complaints within five business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be escalated in accordance with cv6yy's dispute resolution procedure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

cv6yy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the date of last revision displayed at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the cv6yy platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where an amendment materially affects the rights of registered players, cv6yy will provide advance notice of the change via the registered mobile number or via a notice displayed upon login. Players who do not agree to the amended Terms should close their account before the amended Terms take effect and contact support to withdraw any remaining withdrawable balance.
